Why we're hiring: WPP is seeking a Platform Product Lead – Integration & Orchestration to own and deliver the platform capability that connects production workflows, data, and systems across WPP’s global production ecosystem. Sitting within Enterprise Technology, this role will work across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver reliable integrations and scalable orchestration capability that supports Production Operations requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong stakeholder and communication skills with a solid technical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, orchestration principles, and agile delivery. This role requires a Product Lead who can translate agreed business and technical requirements into clear, structured and engineering-ready backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria that enable predictable delivery at enterprise scale. What you'll be doing: • Own and prioritise the Integration & Orchestration platform backlog, ensuring alignment to enterprise technology strategy and Production Operations priorities. • Own and evolve the Integration & Orchestration platform roadmap, balancing platform sustainability, engineering considerations, business priorities, and long-term capability needs. • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams. • Translate agreed business and technical requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, non-functional requirements and delivery priorities that enable effective engineering delivery. • Produce high-quality, engineering-ready requirements that are clear, testable, prioritised, technically feasible and traceable to business outcomes. • Own and prioritise delivery of API-first, event-driven, asynchronous, and system-to-system integrations across SaaS and bespoke platforms. • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, identify dependencies, and align implementation approaches across teams. • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure secure, scalable, reusable, and reliable platform outcomes. • Ensure integration and orchestration capabilities are implemented consistently, reliably, and in alignment with agreed business and product requirements. • Ensure acceptance criteria define success, failure, and edge-case scenarios clearly enough to support estimation, development, QA validation, and release readiness. • Act as the primary owner for the Atlas platform backlog, ensuring integration and orchestration capability is prioritised, implemented, and evolved in line with strategic platform objectives.
