Working at the intersection of regulation, data and operations, you’ll own key regulatory submissions and collaborate with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to turn complex requirements into reliable, repeatable reporting. You’ll join our Regulatory Reporting team and report to Vincent Arnould https://www.linkedin.com/in/vincearnould/?locale=en, Regulatory Reporting Lead. ➡️ WHAT YOU'LL DO - Regulatory submissions: Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto's banking supervisors on time. - Data gathering and quality: Work with Data, Accounting, Tax and Risk & Compliance to collect, reconcile and validate the information required for each submission. - Scalable processes: Improve reporting workflows, controls and documentation so they scale as Qonto becomes a bank and expands into new markets. - Regulatory monitoring: Keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve and translate new requirements into concrete deliverables. - Cross-functional projects: Contribute to CI readiness, data-quality improvements and projects that strengthen regulatory understanding across Qonto. ➡️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience: Solid experience in regulatory or financial reporting, banking projects, or another regulated and data-intensive environment. A background in banking, fintech or financial-services consulting is a plus, but not essential. - Excel and data skills: Strong Excel skills and the ability to organise complex data accurately; database-management experience is a plus. - Analytical rigour: Strong analytical and project-management skills, with close attention to quality and deadlines. - Autonomy and adaptability: You can independently manage complex work, learn quickly and adapt as requirements evolve. - Stakeholder management: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs across several teams. - Languages: Fluent English. French, or another European language would be a big plu
