About the role
Motion Producer: We're looking for talented Video Producers to join our in-house creative team, focused on managing and rapidly producing high-impact motion graphics and social video content for product launches, announcements, campaigns, and always-on social channels across a wide array of channels and specs. You will join our in-house creative group, and work with a team of motion designers, animators, creative directors, etc. in a dynamic, fast-paced organization, working on rapid turn projects for delivery across a wide variety of channels. Qualifications: • 3-5 years experience at experience at Motion Graphics agencies / brands / social shops, working on social and short-form motion content.. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, deadline driven environments. Comfort and availability to work on projects with unpredictable and tight timelines, and flexible schedules.. • Strong organizational skills – experience building production schedules and managing approvals.. • Strong communication – will talk to creative teams, product and marketing managers, and a wide array of customers.. • A problem solver. Solution oriented thinking under pressure..
