About the Role The Solutions Center of Excellence team is seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, high-quality demo experiences that enable Solutions Engineers and Sales teams to effectively communicate product value. In this role, you will partner with a global team supporting 7,000+ Solutions Engineers and Builders across the US, Europe, India, and Latin America. You will work across the full design process—from initial discovery through rapid prototyping, testing, and delivery—translating complex product capabilities and AI workflows into clear, intuitive storytelling assets. Having a wide ranging design skillset is important, as the role blends content design and UI/UX design acumen. Core Responsibilities 1. Design & Execution • Design high-quality interactive demo experiences and self-service assets that help Solutions Engineers tell compelling product stories. • Translate complex product capabilities, business logic, and human + AI workflows into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes. • Create polished UI designs aligned with design systems and product standards. • Apply design thinking for additional visual assets as needed, including executive presentations and Slack Canvases. • Deliver effective communication design that combines creative media, storytelling, and business strategy to convey clear messages to target audiences across multiple channels 2. User-Centered Design & Research • Leverage usage data, internal feedback, and insights from Solutions Engineers and Product Partners to inform design iterations. • Champion usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and intuitive user journeys across all assignments. • Prototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity, validate flows, and continuously refine experiences based on real-world usage. 3.
