Role Description This is a high-visibility, high-impact role: you will own the go-to-market strategy for our Field Service business and act as the voice of sales, translating the business's needs across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams to drive pipeline and help close deals. The ideal candidate has demonstrable expertise across product marketing — positioning and messaging, planning and segmentation, customer and competitive intelligence — and a proven ability to build scalable programs and drive cross-functional alignment amid ambiguity. You'll look at everything the Product Marketing team produces through the lens of a sales rep, turning marketing and industry-focused initiatives into programs that drive real growth. Responsibilities • Be the Field Service go-to-market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution, and align to named global distribution leaders to drive sales programs and pipeline generation • Own competitive strategy and enablement for Field Service — market and competitor intelligence, positioning against key competitors, and arming sales with the tools to win competitive deals • Lead cross-functional annual and quarterly GTM planning for Field Service, driving alignment across product, sales, and regional/industry teams on priorities, timing, and narrative • Build a product enablement strategy that translates the value proposition for sales and customers, including sales plays and training material that make our offerings easy to sell • Partner with industry and regional PMMs to scale programs, content, and enablement globally • Partner with product teams to shape pricing and packaging strategy, and support in-flight deals and field communications as pricing changes roll out • Drive launch strategy and execution for key Field Service product launches, including buyer campaign execution • Create and deliver content, webinars, blogs, events, and customer stories that carry the message to market — and confidently present it yourself to audiences of all sizes, from customer meetings to major events • Track, measure, and report on the results of these sales and marketing efforts, adjusting programs based on what the data shows What does the ideal candidate look like?
