Job Details: Job Description: Intel is a company of bold innovators and problem-solvers who create world-changing technology. We are seeking an Office Manager to support Intel's Washington, D.C. office and help ensure a productive, professional, and welcoming workplace. This is an onsite role with 4 days a week in-office. Please consider that this is an Intel contract position through January 2027. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Coordinate and provide logistical support for events, meetings, conferences, and employee recognition activities. • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. • Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff to support office operations and business priorities. • Anticipate office needs and proactively implement solutions to support team goals and deadlines. • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, refreshments, shipping, phone coverage, reception duties, vendor and building coordination, office billing, e-waste processes, fire safety requirements, and conference room upkeep. • Lead and support administrative projects while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information. The ideal candidate should show the following behavioral traits: • Highly organized, professional, and customer-focused. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Advanced multiple priorities simultaneously management skills while handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. • Adaptable, resilient, and effective at delivering results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Flexible supporting occasional early morning or evening meetings and events. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications , you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. • High school diploma/equivalent. • 7+ years of experience in Office Manager and Executive Assistant duties such as: • Coordinate and provide logistical support for events, meetings, conferences, and employee recognition activities. • Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff to support office operations and business priorities. • Anticipate office needs and proactively implement solutions to support team goals and deadlines. • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, refreshments, shipping, phone coverage, reception duties, vendor and building coordination, office billing, e-waste processes, fire safety requirements, and conference room upkeep. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. • Associate's degree in relevant discipline.
