Preferred:  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification   • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework.   • Change management experience.  • Management Consulting experience  • Advanced facilitation skills  • Previous experience in the technology industry and/or one of the areas of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Manufacture, Deliver), Sales Operations, Product Management & Support / Services.  Knowledge and Skills:  • Growth Mindset:  curious; continually learns
