Job Description: In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. Job Family Definition: Leads and evolves the Tax department’s tax technology, tax data, and reporting enablement capabilities to support accurate, timely, and controlled tax compliance, reporting, and planning. Serves as the primary liaison between Tax and Finance Systems Architecture to translate tax policy and compliance requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions (including reusable pipelines, data definitions, and control frameworks). Owns tax data governance and the long-term strategy to standardize and solution recurring reporting requirements, reducing manual effort and improving audit readiness. This position requires strong tax technical knowledge and expertise that combined with strong program management skills and proficiency and understanding of systems architecture. Management Level Definition: People manager role within the Tax department, applying deep tax technology, tax policy, and program leadership expertise to drive cross-functional outcomes within established controls. Leads a team of professionals responsible for tax requirements governance, tax data standards, and tax reporting pipelines, and partners closely with Finance Systems Architecture, Finance, and IT delivery teams that build/configure/implement systems. Accountable for end-to-end program management (intake, prioritization, roadmap, resourcing, milestones, risk/issue management, stakeholder communication) to ensure tax requirements are correctly interpreted, documented, and embedded into sustainable solutions.  Additional Guidance/Criteria: Maintains a long-term view to design reusable approaches for similar reporting requirements across regions/entities, strengthening data quality, controls, and repeatability while minimizing one-off solutions. What you’ll do: Responsibilities: • Tax department role with people management responsibility; primary liaison with Finance Systems Architecture and broader Finance/IT delivery teams; role locations: Bangalore, India and Wroclaw, Poland. • Owns the tax technology and reporting enablement roadmap from a Tax perspective (intake, prioritization, business case, scope, and outcomes) and provides strong program management to drive cross-functional execution with partner teams. • Interprets tax policy and compliance requirements and translates them into clear functional requirements, data definitions, and controls; designs reusable approaches to address similar reporting requirements across jurisdictions and entit
