Job Description: Job Family Definition: Performs repair and maintenance associated with manufacturing and assembly. Troubleshoots problems in non-functioning equipment. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings. May perform equipment modification as directed by test/manufacturing engineers. Management Level Definition: Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision, and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees. Responsibilities: • Support the coordination of maintenance activities across the area to ensure efficient execution and resource utilization. • Facilitate communication of priorities, schedules, and operational needs within the team. • Work closely with the supervisor to provide status updates, identify issues, and help drive timely resolution. • Assist in balancing workload and maintaining focus on critical business and production requirements. • Promote collaboration, technical excellence, and adherence to established procedures and standards. Education and Experience Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 15 years of manufacturing experience. • Familiarity with calibration and preventive maintenance execution processes. Knowledge and Skills: • Working knowledge in the field of electromechanical technology and software. • Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics and equipment manuals. • Knowledge of ISO 9001, OSHA, IPC-A-610 or other regulatory standards. Administrative Skills: Document Control: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CMMS platforms. Managing SOPs, logs, and compliance records with accuracy and version control. Data Entry & Reporting: Ability to navigate and input data into CMMS/ERP software, such as work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset tracking. Creating detailed reports on maintenance performance, cost tracking, and operational improvements. Inventory Management: Tracking spare parts and equipment to ensure the right resources are available when needed. Compliance and Safety Procedures: Understanding and following industry regulations, workplace safety protocols, and equipment standards. Data Analysis: Reviewing maintenance logs to identify recurring issues, optimize p
