Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Consumer Finance will lead the development, forecasting, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive PayPal's Consumer business strategy. This role owns the financial planning and reporting processes for critical metrics including Monthly Active Accounts (MAA), Transactions Per Active (TPA), Average Revenue Per Active (ARPA), and Gross New Actives (GNA) for Consumer overall as well as for specific products. This role will partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, and other Finance teams. The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic finance partner to Consumer leadership, working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, matrixed environment to deliver high-quality insights that inform executive decision-making. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: • Business partnering with leaders and VPs and the other cross-functional teams located globally • Build and retain a strong and effective team • Oversee month-end close and reporting activities, forecast, variance analysis and reporting of operating expense (as well as Contra) • Drive continuous process improvements both within the team and with the business • Provide analysis and recommendations to leadership groups quickly and effectively to drive results • Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and GAAP regulations • Partner with leadership on risk awareness for projects • Develop key insights to provide finance senior leadership visibility into areas of risk • Work within finance
