We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Integration and Application Onboarding to serve as a strategic partner between ISAM and application owners, guiding teams through the adoption of ISAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and other identity security technologies. What You Will Achieve The Senior Manager, Business Integration and Application Onboarding is a key role within the Identity Security and Access Management (ISAM) organization, responsible for driving successful onboarding, integration, and adoption of applications across enterprise identity platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, and other IAM technologies. This role serves as the strategic bridge between the ISAM Engineering team and business technology organizations, partnering with application owners, Digital teams, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable identity solutions. The Senior Manager will lead the end-to-end application onboarding lifecycle, ensuring integrations align with security standards, architectural principles, and operational requirements while driving adoption of ISAM capabilities, delivering a seamless customer experience, and advancing Pfizer’s identity security objectives. This role reports to the Director, Identity Governance, and requires a combination of IAM expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership to drive adoption of ISAM capabilities and continuously improve the onboarding experience for application teams. How You Will Achieve It • Lead and oversee the end-to-end application onboarding lifecycle for identity and access management platforms, including application discovery, requirements gathering, integration planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operational support in alignment with Pfizer’s compliance requirements. • Serve as the primary relationship owner between the ISAM Engineering team and application owners across Digital organizations, ensuring alignment between business needs, security requirements, technical capabilities, and delivery expectations. • Partner with application teams to understand application architectures, identity data requirements, and business processes to define appropriate IAM integration approaches and enable secure access management solutions. • Drive adoption of IAM capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, authentication and directory services, ensuring applicati
