About the role
Become a part of our caring community The Network Operations Coordinator 3 supports the administration and maintenance of provider network data for health plans, including provider demographics, reimbursement rates, and contract intent. This role is responsible for coordinating provider data updates, supporting provider audits, maintaining contract management and credentialing systems, and helping resolve provider service concerns. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of operations experience • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel proficiency • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare experience • Provider credentialing experience • Data analysis or reporting experience • Claims experience • Contract review, interpretation, or loading experience Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
