Location: Budapest Hybrid working About the role As Data Classification Standards and Definitions Partner within our People Services Data Governance and Master Data Management team, you'll turn governance decisions into trusted, usable data that powers recruitment analytics and employee listening insights across Sanofi. Ready to get started? Join the team enabling trusted Workday Talent Acquisition data and Qualtrics Listening data across Sanofi. In this role, you'll partner closely with Global Process Owners, the Data Foundation Team, Talent Acquisition, Employee Listening, Employee Experience, M&A, People Services Data & Insights, and Finance to make recruitment and employee feedback data reliable, well-governed, and ready for AI-driven initiatives. Main responsibilities • Translate governance decisions into consistent, usable data assets for Talent Acquisition and Listening domains, maintaining the data catalog, glossary, and lineage. • Classify data assets, manage data sharing agreements, and define data quality rules for recruiting and survey data. • Investigate root causes of data quality issues in Workday Talent Acquisition and Qualtrics, and recommend configuration improvements for global standardization. • Provide data partnership on master data entities and data modelling activities, ensuring TA and Listening data models reflect business and governance needs. • Apply foundational GDPR principles and data classification sensitivity levels to candidate and employee survey data, collaborating with the Data Protection Officer where needed. • Act as the key point of contact for domain knowledge, supporting Global Process Owners, Data & Insights teams, and the Digital Team on TA and Qualtrics data matters. • Run, train, and engage the TA and Listening Partners Network as a thriving community of practice. About you • Experience : Background in data governance or data management within Workday and/or survey platforms, with a solid understanding of recruitment and employee listening processes. • Soft and technical skills : Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills; experience with data classification, cataloging, and business glossary management; familiarity with data catalog tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview); strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams; experience facilitating communities of practice. • Certifications : Workday HCM Certified, specifically in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting module. • Education : Understanding of GDPR principles and data classification sensitivity for candidate and employee data. • Languages : Fluent English; additional languages a plus for global collaboration.
