Main responsibilities: • Design and perform experiments that generate critical insights for process development decisions. • Use automated laboratory systems and high-throughput assays to efficiently evaluate process performance. • Apply digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, uncover trends, and support scientific decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows, and laboratory technologies. • Partner with cross-functional teams to address development challenges and advance therapeutic programs. • Contribute technical expertise to the implementation of new automation and analytics capabilities. • Share findings and recommendations that influence development strategies and manufacturing readiness. About you: Basic Qualifications Education: • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline Experience: • Minimum 3 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related laboratory environment • Academic or research experience will be considered.
