Você atuará em: Atividades de Back Office de Serviços e atendimento ao cliente, relacionadas aos produtos e equipamentos médicos da Philips. A posição será baseada na unidade de Varginha/MG . Suas principais atividades serão: • Apoiar as atividades operacionais de atendimento ao cliente; • Atender e acompanhar chamados e demandas dos clientes; • Apoiar os líderes e a coordenação nas rotinas da área; • Atualizar controles, relatórios e indicadores; • Apoiar as atividades administrativas e operacionais do time; • Realizar outras atividades relacionadas à posição. Para ter sucesso nessa posição, você deverá: • Estar cursando graduação em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas ; • Ter disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Varginha/MG ; • Ter conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel preferencialmente • Ter boa comunicação, organização e interesse em atendimento ao cliente; • Inglês intermediário será considerado um diferencial; • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar por pelo menos 2 anos antes da conclusão da graduação .
