Required Skills and Experience: • Deep knowledge of listed derivatives, futures operations, and broker-dealer or FCM workflows. • Significant experience in operations, product operations, business operations, or program leadership in regulated financial services. • Strong hands-on technical knowledge of trade processing systems, books and records, and related infrastructure. • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the listed derivatives ecosystem. • Proven ability to operate autonomously at a senior individual contributor level with both strategic judgment and hands-on execution. • Strong track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and turning them into durable process or tooling improvements. • Expe
