Front of House / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Company: Boeing Deutschland GmbH - BDG Be part of Boeing’s Berlin office and help create a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented environment for visitors, colleagues, and business partners. We are looking for a friendly, organized and proactive Front of House / Administrative Assistant to ensure the Front of House and office operate smoothly and professionally. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role that combines front desk service, office coordination, and administrative support in a global company environment. What you’ll do (position responsibilities) • Manage the lobby and other common areas to ensure they are maintained to a high professional standard. • Support the coordination of visits, meetings, conferences, and guest events. • Provide reception and guest management services, including answering calls and booking conference rooms. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail. • Coordinate with vendors for events and office maintenance. • Collect, organize, and maintain data for processing and electronic information systems. • Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items. • Support financial administration tasks, including invoice management, and respond to queries from the Finance Department in Amsterdam. • Identify and report safety hazards and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. • Collaborate effectively with a wider international team across multiple countries, supporting smooth communication and coordination. • Provide basic support with a variety of systems and tools, and coordinate with IT support as needed. • Perform additional administrative tasks as required. What we’re looking for (basic qualifications) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. • Professional presence and a strong customer-service mindset. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams. • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure. • Attention to detail, a positive attitude,
