The Opportunity Abbott Neuromodulation is seeking a customer-focused, collaborative Associate Field Marketing Manager to support the U.S. Chronic Pain Therapies business. This role serves as a key link between the field sales organization and the marketing team, helping drive customer engagement, therapy awareness, and commercial growth. This also is a remote-based role. The Associate Field Marketing Manager will partner closely with sales, marketing, education, clinical, and reimbursement teams to execute marketing initiatives, support customer education, provide field insights, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients living with chronic pain while helping advance innovative neuromodulation therapies. What You'll Work On Strategic & Field Marketing Leadership • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and therapy adoption. • Serve as the voice of the field, providing customer, market, and competitive insights to shape marketing strategies and product launches. • Lead targeted campaigns and ensure consistent therapy messaging and product positioning. • Partner cross-functionally to support commercial growth initiatives and launch execution. Therapy Awareness & Healthcare Provider Engagement • Lead patient and provider education initiatives focused on Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) therapies through webinars, advocacy partnerships, and educational programs. • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), strategic accounts, and healthcare stakeholders to advance therapy awareness and adoption. • Support speaker programs, customer events, case reviews, and regional marketing activities in partnership with sales leadership. • Participate in regional and national sales and marketing meetings. Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence • Equip sales teams with tools, resources, and training to effectively communicate therapy value and support customer engagement. • Partner with Training & Education to strengthen commercial competencies and professional development. • Support commercial platforms, National Sales Meeting initiatives, conferences, and customer engagement programs. Program Execution & Business Insights • Lead the planning, execution, measure
