As Manager, Sales Incentives & Administration , you will lead the administration, governance, and optimization of Abbott Diabetes Care's sales incentive compensation programs across multiple commercial channels. You will serve as a strategic business partner to Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, Commercial Excellence, and Analytics teams, ensuring incentive programs effectively drive business objectives while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and financial accuracy. This role requires deep expertise in incentive compensation design and administration, quota and goal management, sales performance analytics, ICM platform leadership, and process automation. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional stakeholder management skills to enhance sales force effectiveness, improve operational scalability, and ensure the integrity of compensation processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Administration & Incentives , this position offers a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy while supporting a world-class sales organization. What You'll Do Incentive Compensation Strategy & Administration • Lead the end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensation programs across multiple sales and field-based organizations. • Partner with Sales Leadership and Commercial Excellence teams to support incentive plan design, annual goal and quota setting, performance measurement, and MBO administration. • Drive ongoing evaluation and optimization of compensation plans through regular health checks, performance analysis, and stakeholder feedback. • Assess effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend enhancements that align with evolving business strategies and organizational priorities.
