As Senior Financial Analyst, you will be supporting FP&A Managers, responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing ADC Global Operations financial information from P&L, Balance Sheet, CapEx and Cashflow to provide accurate and timely information to finance management for strategic and operational decisions. This position requires communication between ADC Global Operations Headquarter, ADC Division Headquarter, and ADC financial teams in US, Ireland and UK. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA. What You'll Do • Partner with Global ADC Operations finance teams to acquire information for reporting and variance analysis. • Support month-end close process and reporting of ADC Global Operations financial performance metrics on a timely and accurate basis. • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze ADC Global Operations forecast information to support deliverables during LBE/OEM/Plan cycle. • Develop flexible, comprehensive tools and templates to support the consolidation and timely completion of ADC Global Operations schedules as well as develop process improvements that meet the needs of the financial planning and reporting requirement. • Support/Analyze ADC Global Operations financial forecasts incorporating historical results, trends, and current business/market information. • Develop flexible, comprehensive tools and templates to support the consolidation and timely submission of deliverables. • Create and present slides summarizing key business activities that support the financial submissions from the finance teams.
