The Opportunity Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, Pediatric Nutrition.   The Senior Project Manager, Pediatric/Infant Nutrition, reports to the Business Relationship Manager, Pediatric Nutrition within the Internal Agency, Creative + Digital Services. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into executable project plans for marketing communications initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager serves as the primary orchestrator of work through the creative studio, balancing business priorities, team capacity and delivery timelines. They will lead project intake, prioritization, resource coordination and cross-functional alignment, ensuring projects are structured for success and delivered efficiently from concept through completion.   What You’ll Work On Core Job Function Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership • Partner with Brand teams to understand business objectives, marketing priorities and project requirements • Partner across CDS functions to align resources, timelines and deliverables that support business objectives • Translate business needs into clear & comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements • Parter with creative studio leadership to ensure appropriate staffing, capacity planning and resource allocation • Ensure projects are properly structured and positioned for successful execution • Maintain visibility to project health and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery • Lead prioritization discussions and recommend trade-off decisions when project demand exceeds available capacity • Proactively plan for upcoming work by aligning business priorities, timelines and resource needs across CDS • Build strong partnerships across CDS, Brand & cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery • Foster collaboration and accountability among team
