A Day in the Life Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) Operations enables healthcare systems and care providers to improve operational performance, workforce capability, and patient outcomes. The Training & Education function develops and maintains learning solutions that support operational excellence, process adoption, quality, safety, and workforce readiness across diverse customer and business environments. This role is based within the EMEA region. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions. Travel of up to 25% may be required based on business priorities, customer engagements, training delivery needs, and implementation activities. The Senior Training & Education Specialist independently designs, develops, implements, and continuously improves learning solutions that support operational and business objectives across Integrated Health Solutions Operations. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business, process, system, and customer requirements into scalable learning experiences, while ensuring alignment with established learning standards, governance, and quality expectations. Primary Responsibilities ·       Design and implement learning solutions that support operational processes, workforce capability, system adoption, and business performance. ·       Conduct learning and performance needs analyses and recommend appropriate training and performance-support approaches. ·       Develop role-based curricula, onboarding programs, assessments, e-learning content, facilitator materials, and job aids. ·       Manage multiple learning projects, balancing priorities, timelines, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. ·       Facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer programs, pilot sessions, and learning activities for business and customer initiatives. ·       Analyze learning effectiveness data and recommend improvements to learner proficiency, adoption, readiness, and operational outcomes. ·       Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, compliance, accessibility, governance, and lifecycle management. ·       Provide coaching, peer review, and guidance to trainers, subject matter experts, project teams, and external partners. Required Qualifications ·       Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, capability development, adult education, or performance consulting. ·       Experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions across multiple functions, countries, or business units. ·       Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and influencing outcomes within a matrix organization. ·       Experience with learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and enterprise collaboration platforms. ·       Experience with Articulate 360, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, learning analytics, and digital learning technologies. ·       Fluency in written and spoken English.
