A Day in the Life The Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) and Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) businesses are focused on advancing the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias through a comprehensive portfolio of electrophysiology technologies, mapping systems, ablation therapies, implantable cardiac devices, and patient management solutions. Working across both portfolios, this role partners with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, cardiac physiologists, nurses, and healthcare stakeholders to support the adoption of therapies that improve patient care and clinical outcomes. This field-based role covers the Republic of Ireland and requires regular travel throughout the territory, including customer visits, cardiac catheterisation laboratories, operating theatres, and outpatient settings. A full, clean driving licence valid in Ireland is required. In this role, you will drive growth across a defined territory by managing key customer accounts, providing clinical and technical support, and expanding adoption of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolios. Working closely with healthcare professionals and internal partners, you will support procedural activity, deliver customer education, identify new business opportunities, and execute territory strategies that achieve commercial objectives while supporting high standards of patient care. Primary Responsibilities ·       Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and expand adoption of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolios. ·       Build and maintain relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, cardiac physiologists, nurses, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers. ·       Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures and cardiac rhythm management cases within catheterisation laboratories and operating theatres. ·       Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational programmes to healthcare professionals. ·       Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities through account planning, stakeholder engagement, and territory development activities. ·       Support new product launches and therapy adoption through customer training, clinical education, and ongoing technical consultation. ·       Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support commercial and portfolio strategies. ·       Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements. Required Qualifications ·       Bachelor's degree and medical device sales experience OR advanced clinical experience within cardiology, cardiac physiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac rhythm management. ·       Experience supporting clinical procedures within a catheterisation laboratory, operating theatre, or comparable clinical environment. ·       Experience managing customer relationships and influencing clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. ·       Proven ability to achieve commercial objectives through territory, sales, or account management activities. ·       Ability to travel extensively throughout the Republic of Ireland and hold a full, clean driving licence valid in Ireland.
