Our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit develops and delivers an integrated ecosystem of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems, advanced imaging, and data-driven planning tools for complex spine and cranial procedures. Platforms such as AiBLE™ connect these technologies to enhance surgical precision, streamline workflows, and support improved patient outcomes worldwide. This position has the responsibility and authority to develop and perform test automation verification & validation activities for software and systems to ensure Medtronic’s cutting edge medical products meet our user’s needs and our quality and reliability standards. This position requires application of technical expertise to independently determine and develop approaches to solve complex technical problems with ingenuity and creativity. Work is performed under limited direction. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive test strategies including requirements traceability matrices, test architecture design (unit/integration/system), and data-driven testing approaches • Designing, developing, testing, maintaining and documenting/validating software testing components and applications, utilizing AI Code Editors & IDEs (ex: Cursor), Agentic Coding, and Automated Agent Pipelines • Participate in all phases of product development as needed such as reviewing requirements, design, usability, risk assessment, and testing execution. • Contributes to the completion of work group objectives through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments. • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and support existing products. • Effectively communicate findings, problems and solutions to project teams and stakeholders. • Collaborate and maintain excellent working relationships with team members and stakeholders, including working meeting with team members in different countries (ex: United States, India). • Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies and governmental regulations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experience; 2+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; or 0+ years of experience with a PhD • Working knowledge of software design, development, debug and test practices. • Proven experience in automation systems, including debugging and performance analysis • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences across the globe about complex engineering-level system designs, in both Hebrew and English. • Ability to work in a team environment.
