A Day in the Life This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is a fixed-term maternity/parental leave coverage position operating in a flexible work environment. The position is responsible for leading Sales Operations, Revenue Forecasting, Incentive Management (SIP), Business Analytics, Commercial Performance Management, and Cross-functional Business Partnering, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and performance management across the sales organization. This is a Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence Analyst role that plays a critical role in supporting business planning, commercial execution, and strategic decision-making within the organization. Primary Responsibilities Lead Sales Operations & Commercial Support • Support sales planning, quota setting, budgeting, forecasting, sales meetings, and day-to-day operational processes to enable effective commercial execution. Manage Sales Performance under Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Governance • Map up individual SIP Scheme and its targets with regional SIP tracker validation • Set up Annual Sales Target, territory allocations and its quarterly follow-up operarational processing • Generate and Update sales individual score cards for sales forces and therapies groups periodically • Collaborate with regional SIP CoEs from HR, Finance and IT for Sales Incentive Payout Drive Revenue Forecasting & Business Performance Management • Manage revenue forecasts, sales performance tracking, scorecards, and reporting to support business planning and growth objectives. Deliver Business Analytics & Strategic Insights • Analyze sales data, develop dashboards and reports, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and GTM initiatives. Lead Channel Commissions Payout Process • Perform periodic channel commission calculations and validations with channel partners and payout processes aligned with corporate governance Own Sales Systems, Data Integrity & Process Excellence • Maintain sales and marketing systems, ensure data accuracy, partner with IT on issue resolution, and drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence. Act as a Cross-functional Business Partner • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Legal, and other stakeholders to solve business challenges and improve commercial effectiveness. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Data Analytics Development Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting/analytics tools • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and customer focus • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry • Degree in Business, Healthcare, Medical Technology, or Biomedical-related disciplines • Experience in commercial operations within a multinational organization • Process
