Disputes can be received directly from the customer or from a consumer reporting agency. Responsible for ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines. Computer applications used include, but not limited to: ALS, Hogan, LeaseMaster, DebtManager, MSP, LDRS, Internet/Vendor web sites, case management applications. Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Two to four years of experience in administrative support activities Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to develop comprehensive knowledge of the applicable operational area, the product and services, applicable laws and regulations, and an understanding of applicable system(s) functionality - Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to collect and organize information - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data - Proficient PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications - Excellent organizational skills and be adaptable to change If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants .
