Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities, drive process excellence, and support the success of high-performing teams. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Security Requirements This position requires Government Agency (baseline) clearance prior to the start date. A PIV card is also required. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate operational functions within assigned business areas through direct leadership and team oversight. • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support for internal and external stakeholders. • Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams by establishing clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, monitoring performance, recognizing achievements, and promoting accountability. • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to operational processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and operational excellence. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • Typically three or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills and Experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, procedures, and supported products or services. • Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. • Ability to analyze operational and financial information and interpret supporting documentation. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
