Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Investment Services business as a Custody Network Manager.   GENERAL SUMMARY : The Global Network Manager is responsible for the strategy, selection, governance, and oversight of U.S. Bank's global network of sub-custodian banks, cash correspondent banks, central securities depositories, and other market infrastructure providers. The role supports the bank's global custody, cash, digital and depositary services businesses by ensuring a resilient, risk-managed, and best in class network that enables client investment activity across global markets.   The Global Network Manager partners closely with leaders across Business Lines, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Tax, and Technology to drive market expansion, enhance client solutions, mitigate risk, and deliver superior service outcomes.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Network Management & Strategic Relationships • Develop and manage relationships with sub-custodian banks, cash correspondents, market infrastructures, and other strategic service providers globally. • Lead RFI/RFP processes, provider evaluations, due diligence reviews, and market assessments. • Negotiate custody agreements, correspondent banking documentation, fee schedules, and service level commitments. • Monitor provider performance, financial strength, operational resilience, and regulatory standing. • Serve as the primary escalation point for significant custody, settlement, cash, and operational issues involving network providers. • Support new market openings, product launches, and business growth initiatives.   Risk, Governance & Regulatory Oversight • Conduct ongoing due diligence and risk assessments in accordance with enterprise and business standards. • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate requirements. • Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, operational, and market infrastructure developments and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support audits, regulatory examinations, client due diligence requests, and governance reviews.   Market Intelligence & Client Advisory • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned markets, market infrastructures, settlement practices, and regulatory env
