This is a hybrid role, where you’ll spend time on-site, but are also able to enjoy a flexible work arrangement based on business needs. How you make a difference You’ll guide clients through important insurance decisions with personalized advice that helps them get the protection they need, while strengthening your impact in the community. What does an Allstate Sales Agent do? • Builds and manages their pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement. • Meets with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions. • Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations. • Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets. • Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals. What you need to succeed in this role • A results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals. • Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network community outreach. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly. • Comfort with prospecting and lead generation. • Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province. • Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field.
