As a Business Management Manager 2 located in Linthicum, MD , you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.       This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Our Business Manager will support the Passive Sensor Programs OU in Surveillance & Targeting BU in the Intelligence Systems Division of the Space Sector. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis • Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecast • Compliance and financial reporting in support of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Indicated Finals (IF) • EVMS oversight with COBRA reporting to satisfy internal/external deliverables. • Comprehensive Estimate-at-Complete (CEAC) preparation and review • Assistance with contract negotiations • Support of pricing and proposal activities • Review of contractual documents, including Technical Task Orders • On-going collaboration with the customer and functional teams • Management and development of Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff • Other duties as assigned    Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience • Requires an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with a willingness and ability to get a U.S. Government SCI access - OR - an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application, current and within scope - OR - an active U.S. Government SCI access • Prior experience in finance, accounting and/or program control • Understanding of government contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, and the FAR • Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts. • Prior experience in a Program Control Environment - setting up cost control system, and monitoring costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Business Warehouse (BW) • Prior experience preparing
