Northrop Grumman Corporate Office is seeking a Senior Human Resources Director 2 in  Falls Church, VA  supporting corporate function executives and employees. The HR Director serves as a strategic business partner providing day-to-day support to corporate leaders of various functions in the accomplishment of business objectives. The primary function of the role is to be a strategic partner and consultant to the business to ensure we have a human capital strategy in place to attract, engage, develop and retain the talent necessary to meet the strategic goals of the business for today and for the future. The selected candidate will lead a team of HR business partners responsible for executing the HR strategy and will lead human capital programs and core processes including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent assessment and development, performance management, employee relation, total rewards, succession planning and talent pipeline development, organization effectiveness and leadership development. The person in this role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformative projects and initiative requiring strategic thought leadership, organizational and project management skills in a high paced environment, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.  Also, this position is an active participant on enterprise level councils including, but not limited to, Legal and Contracts, Global Operations, Legislative Affairs, Supply Chain and Communications.
