As a Program Cost Control Analyst located in Linthicum, MD , you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.       This requisition represents multiple existing opportunities within our Space Systems Sector Business Management organization.  The Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA) will provide program planning and financial control support within one of the following three sector divisions: •    Space Superiority Division •    Multi Domain Operations Division •    Intelligence Systems Division This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • The PCA will interface with the program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.  They will prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis. • The PCA will monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.  This will include performing perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development, and analysis of estimates to complete. • The PCA will perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines, including maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.  • Other duties as assigned    Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience • Requires an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with a willingness and ability to get a U.S. Government SCI access - OR - an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application, current and within scope - OR - an active U.S. Government SCI access • Experience with Earned Value Management • Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis • Strong PC skills - specifically Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting)  Preferred Qualifications:   • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related field • Ex
