US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

As we build our business and our capabilities, we are also developing a reputation as a great place to work. Help us define what is possible for our nation and for your career. The Role: The C-27J fleet is entering an important phase of its lifecycle, with long-term sustainment, repair priorities, obsolescence challenges and eventual fleet withdrawal all requiring careful planning and strong leadership. The supply chain function is already well regarded by both the customer and the program, and the focus now is on building on that reputation while helping navigate what comes next. You'll lead teams across Springfield, Amberley and Richmond, sit on the Program Leadership Team, and play a key role in decisions that influence fleet availability, sustainment outcomes, future planning and help shape how the fleet is supported through its next chapter. There is a strong foundation already in place, experienced people around you, and genuine scope to influence strategy rather than simply manage day-to-day operations. While experience supporting Defence or aviation programs would be valuable, we recognise many of the skills we're seeking are transferable. We welcome applications from supply chain and logistics leaders from industries such as aerospace, rail, mining, resources, heavy maintenance, transport and other complex operational environments. You understand the challenges that come with long-term planning, material availability, supplier performance and supporting critical assets through change. You're comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups, making informed decisions and keeping people aligned when priorities shift. Experience in Defence or aviation would be highly regarded, but we're also interested in leaders from other highly regulated industries where asset availability, planning and sustainment matter. Most importantly, you'll be an approachable leader who communicates openly, builds trust and can help guide a team through an important period of transition.
