This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get To Do:   Project Managers serve as the primary liaison between projects and stakeholders, regularly reviewing status, managing schedules, and preparing reports. They apply their knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques across all project phases—Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing—to deliver projects on time, within scope, on budget, and with high quality. Their core duties include developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans that encompass such items as work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations, while continuously monitoring progress, tracking performance, and reporting status. They also identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with standards such as Earned Value Management and aligning deliverables with Northrop Grumman requirements. In addition to technical competencies, Project Managers must demonstrate strong soft skill capabilities. Effective communication, leadership, problem solving, and negotiation are essential for managing stakeholder expectations and supporting team members. They are expected to uphold company values, make business savvy decisions, and foster collaboration, all of which keep projects aligned with organizational goals and ensure successful outcomes. This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80.
