Candidates who express an interest may be considered for future positions at Northrop Grumman. We are recruiting for junior, mid-level, and senior engineers to support our Space Systems teams . These positions can be located in the following locations: Chandler (AZ), Colorado Springs (CO), Aurora (CO), and Boulder (CO). Due to the nature of this work, these positions will be 100% on-site. The selected individuals will play an instrumental role in developing, evolving, and leading technological strategy in multiple skill areas for the broader organization. Multiple roles are available throughout the product development lifecycle of our programs with emphasis in the following disciplines: -Systems Engineering -Systems Integration & Test -Cyber Systems Engineering -Software Systems Integration Available positions require that the selected candidates have a strong understanding of one or more of the skills described above. Project roles span all phases from new business acquisition and technology development to established program support. Basic Qualifications for Levels 2-4: • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1 year (Level 2) • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year (Level 3) • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years (Level 4) • An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree for certain positions • Must have an active Secret clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s Degree or above in Engineering discipline • Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance • Experience working on spacecraft systems • Experience in developing, managing, and decomposing requirements • Experience in system architecture, CONOPs, and/or model-based system engineering • Experience in subsystem, payload, or system integration • Experience using DOORS and Cameo • Security+ certification • Strong people skills • Excellent communication skills (upward and downward) These positions are contingent upon the candidates obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Continued employment thereafter will be subject to maintenance at the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future.
