Basic Qualifications: • T03 Principal Test Engineer: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 2 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD; 4 additional years in lieu of a degree. • T04 Senior Principal Test Engineer: 8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD; 4 additional years in lieu of a degree. • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance , at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years. • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. For both roles: • 2+ years of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations (functional decomposition). • 2+ years of experience with Model-Based Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBE/MBSE) practices, languages and/or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw. • 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following: flight test, ground test, military aerospace development (e.g. Sentinel, Minute Man III, B-2, B-21 delivery systems). • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of a large complex program. • Experience with development of test plans, procedures, and reports (functional testing and checkout). • Experience with schedule management, risk management and performance management. • Experience working within a multi-team environment. • Experience with tableau and data analytics. • Experience with earned value management knowledge in a program management capacity. • Experience with creating and monitoring test metrics. • Experience with a Test environment. • Experience with maintaining hardware configuration for test execution. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with the Atlassian Suite of tools (Confluence, Jira) • Experience facilitating Program Reviews • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) • Experience leading hardware procurement/supply chai
