This role leads a team developing embedded and real-time software solutions for mission-critical applications while also contributing hands-on across software architecture, development, integration, and test. The position works closely with Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, Hardware, and Integration & Test in a collaborative Agile environment. Our Beavercreek team is part of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems and offers a highly collaborative, small-team environment within a larger enterprise. This role works across integrated teams and disciplines to develop advanced technologies and products that support critical customer missions. We value technical curiosity, collaboration, and bold thinking, and we are looking for engineers who can lead technical execution, mentor others, and solve hard problems in a mission-focused environment.
