Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Associate Director, Treatment Execution Lead to join the Global HIV Medical Affairs team, with responsibility for LATAM (Latin America), MERT (Middle East, Russia and Turkey) and the Gilead Patient Solutions region , which is focused on expanding access to critical medicines in low- and lower-middle-income countries. This role ensures that regional needs shape global medical and commercialization strategies—and that global strategies enable successful regional execution. This individual serves as a critical bridge between Global Medical Affairs (GMA) and the region/affiliate MA teams, acting as both: ·        the primary representative of the regional needs, priorities and insights at global level, and ·        the key enabler ensuring respective markets receive the appropriate level of support, resources and strategic alignment from the GMA
