We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator Commercial Oncology Leadership International to join our Commercial Oncology team, supporting our International Oncology business in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will enable senior leaders and cross-functional teams to operate efficiently by coordinating business activities, managing priorities, facilitating global collaboration, and delivering seamless administrative support. Working closely with commercial leaders, internal partners, and external stakeholders, you will help create an organized, connected, and high-performing environment that supports business objectives. When & where: Dublin Work model: Hybrid Temporary 6 months Discover your role: • Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones, managing logistics, venues, technology, travel, and accommodations to ensure seamless execution. • Manage dynamic executive calendars, prioritize requests, schedule meetings, and support the efficient use of leadership time. • Arrange business travel and transfers while preparing and reconciling expense reports through established expense management processes. • Provide project coordination and administrative support, including document preparation, electronic filing, invoice handling, and general office administration. • Organize internal and visitor events, coordinating meeting rooms, catering, invitations, and end-to-end event logistics. • Partner with Facilities, Information Technology, Human Resources, and external vendors to address operational needs and support business continuity. • You anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with confidence, and build trusted relationships across a diverse international organization. This role requires: • Experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leaders within a fast-paced, cross-functional business environment. • Experience with expense management systems; Concur experience is advantageous. • Strong technical proficiency with business technology, communication platforms, meeting room reservation systems, and mobile tools. • Proven ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, events, and business administration activities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously. • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and discretion. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across functions, seniority levels, and external partners. • Ability to handle and commercially sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, proactivity, and a customer-focused approach to support.
