Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the Site MS&T organization. • Drive technical oversight and life cycle stewardship of products and manufacturing processes. • Lead technology transfers, process introductions, and scale-up activities. • Own site validation strategy. • Partner with site, platform, and global leaders. • Champion manufacturing excellence. • Ensure inspection readiness and technical leadership during inspections. • Build strong stakeholder relationships and make data-driven decisions. E ssential Requirements: • MSc. degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry, or any other relevant scientific discipline. • Functional knowledge of English. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. • At least 5 years of relevant experience in MS&T, Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Development, with demonstrated technical leadership. • Strong leadership experience, including people leadership, organizational development, and talent growth. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
