Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and deliver an area business plan that meets local objectives and addresses patient needs. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, hospital teams and healthcare decision makers. - Lead, coach and support field teams to achieve targets and grow professionally. - Coordinate with medical, market access and marketing colleagues to align local activities. - Use market and customer insights to refine plans and improve local execution. - Monitor area performance, manage budgets and ensure accurate, timely reporting. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field roles, territory management or sales. - Experience managing teams or leading field activities. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital tools. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the assigned area. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with hospitals, specialty care or tertiary care providers. - Background in specialty or complex therapeutic areas. - Experience collaborating with medical affairs, access or procurement teams. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical actions. - Prior coaching or line management experience. - Familiarity with virtual customer engagement and omnichannel approaches. Working arrangement This role is on-site with regular travel across the assigned area. Hybrid working options may be discussed based on business needs and local policy.
