We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) who is passionate about scientific exchange, collaboration and advancing patient care. As a field-based scientific expert within Oncology and Hematology, you will build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, generate insights that shape medical strategy and support evidence-generation activities that advance patient outcomes. What You'll Do In this role, you will: • Build and maintain collaborative scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, oncology centres and key external experts across the region. • Facilitate balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange regarding GSK medicines, clinical data and pipeline developments. • Gather, analyse and communicate medical insights that help inform strategy and identify opportunities to improve patient care. • Support evidence-generation activities, including investigator-sponsored studies and scientific collaborations. • Identify and engage potential investigators, research sites and external experts. • Plan and contribute to scientific meetings, advisory boards and educational programmes. • Represent GSK Medical Affairs at regional and national scientific congresses and meetings. • Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial and other cross-functional teams. • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable ethical, regulatory and compliance standards. Required Qualifications • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc or equivalent). • Experience in a Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Clinical Scientist or similar scientific role. • Scientific knowledge within Oncology, Hematology or a related therapeutic area. • Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators, researchers or scientific experts. • Strong communication skills in German and English. • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. • Understanding of ethical, regulatory and compliance requirements within healthcare or life sciences environments.
