Position Summary You will be a Senior Professional Sales Representative based in Taiwan, leading territory sales and account activities that improve patient care. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, hospital teams and healthcare decision makers. You will work closely with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to align local plans and deliver measurable results. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Develop and execute territory and account plans that meet local business objectives and patient needs. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, nurses, pharmacists and hospital decision makers. • Deliver targeted, compliant scientific and clinical discussions that support evidence-based care. • Use local market insights and data to refine plans and improve customer engagement. • Work with internal partners (medical affairs, access, marketing, supply) to coordinate activities and ensure smooth execution. • Track territory performance, manage administrative tasks and report results accurately and on time. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or territory management experience engaging with healthcare professionals. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships in hospitals or clinics. • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Mandarin proficiency required for Taiwan. • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital engagement tools. • Willingness to work on-site with regular travel across the assigned territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus • Experience working in tertiary hospitals, specialist clinics or with key opinion leaders. • Background in specialty or complex therapeutic areas. • Proven ability to translate clinical evidence into practical value for clinicians. • Experience collaborating with medical affairs, market access or procurement teams. • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts. • Coaching or informal leadership experience within field teams.
