OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Salesforce is currently seeking a Salesforce Core Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team within Professional Services. This role is centered on being a "Core Platform" subject matter expert, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform solutions. Deep Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud + Platform) expertise is a must , and the ideal candidate will also bring a strong background across the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Experience Cloud, Integration, and AI/Agentforce) to drive cross-cloud success. The Technical Architect is responsible for architecting scalable solutions across enterprise landscapes, ensuring the platform is secure, performant, and ready for enterprise AI usage. You will work closely with Project Managers and other Technical Architects to ensure on-time, fully functioning implementations. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, communicates tactfully with business operations, and effectively designs, tests, and deploys complex software solutions. You must be an excellent communicator who can tailor delivery to a variety of audiences. YOUR IMPACT Through our extended onboarding program of formal certification, internal training, knowledge transfer, hands-on experience and closely working with other Consultants, Architects and Project Managers you will become a Salesforce Domain Authority at the forefront of our offerings, delivering outstanding customer success. • Become a Trusted SME: Act as the primary authority for the Salesforce Core platform to support project delivery, including how platform architecture relates to the success of Agentforce and AI. • Strategic Design: Drive the creation of application and technical design documents (Blueprints/FSD) which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer's infrastructure. • Scalable Architecture: Design and guide customer's enterprise architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Platform, highlighting the importance of data model, sharing/security architecture, and governance. • Technical Excellence: Provide guidance on integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, and environment management.
