Because everyone should expect more from ticketing. Make your mark We are hiring spring/summer 2027 college graduates for a Data Analyst role. As a member of the Analytics team, you will develop questions, conduct exploratory analyses, build data models in our data warehouse, and dashboards in Looker. Above all, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of SeatGeek’s business and ensuring that understanding is at the heart of our forward-looking strategy. What you'll do • Communicate key learnings and recommendations to stakeholders in a manner that productively influences decision-making • Build critical dashboards and explain trends in KPIs to senior members of the business • Leverage first-class AI dev tools to build out measurement frameworks, develop key reporting, and collaborate with engineers to drive rapid iteration of features, bringing ideas to life faster than ever before • Evangelize data expertise, best practices, and documentation within the Data team and in collaboration with our business partners • Work with senior members on the Data Team to develop and execute business stakeholder roadmaps What you have • You are a college student graduating in the spring of 2027, ideally in economics, psychology, computer science, statistics, mathematics or another quantitative discipline • Experience using SQL to gather data and run reports • Experience building reports within a business intelligence tool • Collaboration skills and familiarity with using data points to build a narrative to guide business strategy and inform decisions Perks • Equity stake • Discretionary annual bonus • A WFH stipend to support your home office setup • Unlimited PTO • Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave • 401(k) matching • Student loan matching program • Health, vision, dental, and life insurance • Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care • $500 per year for wellness expenses • Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical • $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events • Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music **Please note you are expected to come into the SeatGeek New York City Office at least 3 days a week during your first year of employment** The salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
