Role Purpose: why this role exists We are recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support online performance across THG Beauty’s subscription businesses. Sitting at the heart of the customer journey, you will support onsite execution, campaign delivery and performance reporting, helping bring trading plans to life across a leading Glossybox in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With thorough skills across data analysis, and manipulating data you’ll provide direction, understanding the 'why' behind actions, not just the fact we are actioning them. Deliverables: what this role owns and delivers Onsite Execution & Merchandising • Support delivery of homepage, landing pages and onsite merchandising • Ensure all content, products and offers are accurate and live on time • Independently set up all offer types; act as a point of contact for other team members requiring support • Maintain a consistent and high-quality customer experience Campaign Delivery • Support setup and execution of campaigns and promotional activity • Coordinate with Marketing and CRM to ensure smooth launches • Maintain strong attention to detail across all campaign activity Performance & Reporting • Support daily and weekly performance reporting • Monitor KPIs and highlight risks or opportunities • Use data to support improvements in performance , proactively suggesting and taking actions to influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic • Own the 'why' behind trade actions; drive GP-focused decisions with greater autonomy Collaboration • Cross channel/function collaboration: drive trading actions with greater autonomy • Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Sourcing and Operations • Set an example in how knowledge and insights are shared across and outside the team Experience • Experience in ecommerce, digital or marketing (or relevant placement) • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills • Change Management: understand business needs and priorities Behaviours: how this role operates • Prioritisation & Organisation: independently prioritise and manage own workload. • Collaboration: lead collaboration across and outside the team; drive process improvements. • Communication: strong written/verbal communication, flexed for the audience. • Active Listening: lead by example in meetings. • Growth Mindset: proactively identify and close gaps in own knowledge. • Accountability: strong attention to detail in own work.
