About the role
About the Role As EMEA Sales Operations Lead, you'll build and scale the operational engine powering our regional Sales organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the EMEA revenue funnel — while coordinating with the global Revenue Operations team to ensure alignment on systems, processes, and reporting standards. You will own core Sales Ops initiatives for the region including territory planning, forecasting support, pipeline management,and process optimization. This role requires a strategic operator who can balance close partnership with EMEA leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. This is a hybrid role based in our Paris office. What You'll Do • Serve as a trusted right hand to the EMEA GM and an active member of the GTM EMEA leadership team, providing operational insight that shapes regional strategy and decision-making • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to drive regional GTM strategy, territory design & planning, account prioritization, and performance optimization • Establish operational rigor around forecasting, pipeline management, KPI definition, reporting, and business reviews for the EMEA region • Own and optimize sales processes and workflows (along with your cross regional counterparts), coordinating with the global GTM Systems team to ensure consistency and scalability • Serve as the EMEA voice into global sales compensation structures, incentive programs, and SPIFF strategies • Drive adoption and standardization of Salesforce and core GTM tools within EMEA, in close partnership with the global GTM Systems team. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations • Strong experience supporting Sales and BDR/SDR motions in a high-growth environment • Experience owning or partnering closely with Deal Desk operations • Deep expertise with Salesforce and core revenue systems • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment, partnering with regional leadership while coordinating with a global operations function Nice to Have: • Experience with modern GTM tooling including Salesforce, Gong, and data enrichment platforms • Experience driving AI-enabled workflows and automation within Revenue Operations • Working knowledge of sales compensation design and GTM planning methodologies • French, German, or another European language proficiency is a plus What We Offer • Competitive compensation package (Highly competitive base salary, equity package, and comprehensive benefits). • We encourage you to take the time you need.
