About the role
What to expect Are you an organizational talent with initial experience in HR and/or marketing, eager to help shape the intersection of people, marketing, and business development in an HR boutique? Are you tech-savvy, work quickly and precisely, and have a good eye for aesthetics, clear communication, and polished results? Then you’re a fit for us. We’re not looking for a pure assistant who simply ticks off tasks, but an independent, versatile person who will further develop our external presence, support projects operationally, and relieve the team in day-to-day business—with high velocity, a strong quality mindset, and a genuine drive to contribute. Your tasks and responsibilities Marketing & Communication • You independently own our marketing channels: LinkedIn, newsletter, website, and online events—from concept and planning through content creation to operational execution • You create content for our B2B social media channels—professional, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience • You keep our website up to date, maintain content, optimize layout and formatting, and ensure a consistent, aesthetic appearance • You plan and organize online events, webinars, and partner events and support their operational delivery • You manage communication and coordination with our partners and external service providers HR & Project Support • You support our consulting team on client projects: data analysis, data preparation, research, presentations, and documentation • You contribute to HR software implementations—e.g., data migration, test runs, configuration, and quality assurance • You support recruiting: candidate sourcing, applicant communication, scheduling, and ATS maintenance • You create professional project materials, reports, proposals, and presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other tools • You take on organizational and administrative tasks that relieve the team in day-to-day operations Your profile • 2+ years of professional experience in HR, marketing, project management, or a comparable coordinating role—ideally in a start-up, consulting environment, or agency • University degree or completed vocational training in a relevant field • Highly tech-savvy: you quickly get up to speed with new tools, platforms, and systems and enjoy optimizing digital processes • You work at very high speed, have a quick grasp of new topics, and bring strong organizational talent and project management skills • You have a good eye for aesthetics, design, formatting, and spelling—your outputs look professional and are error-free • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; you create visually appealing presentations and documents • You understand B2B social media and know how to create professional LinkedIn content that drives reach and relevance • Experience with content management systems, newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), or comparable platforms • You work independently, reliably, and in a structured way—even when managing multiple tasks in parallel • Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus • Based in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permits What we offer • Remote only: Work from wherever you’re most productive—on-site at the client only in exceptional cases; team events approx. once per quarter • Maximum flexibility: Part-time from 40% (16 hours/week) possible—you set your own working hours • Responsibility from day one: You are a core part of our team—no hierarchy, short decision paths • Variety: No two days are alike—you work at the intersection of marketing, HR, and project business and get to know the full spectrum of an HR boutique • Appreciation: We value you as a team membe
