Job Description: HPE Networking is seeking an accomplished and strategically minded Program Manager to lead high‑impact, large‑scale programs and internal projects that drive organizational transformation. The Program Manager will serve as the central point of leadership and accountability for program execution, balancing priorities, managing risks, resolving interdependencies, and aligning program outcomes with business objectives. Project Forge is transforming how Networking generates recurring revenue by improving the Client Management Sales motion for Services across the Juniper and Aruba portfolio by improving attach, renewals, entitlement, partner motions, discount governance, and customer lifecycle management. The program has evolved to a focused portfolio of 40+ initiatives that are high-value growth levers designed to create a repeatable revenue engine across Sales, Services, Partners, Operations, Finance, and IT. The Project Manager will serve as the driving engine for Project Forge, holding workstream owners accountable to development execution, governance, accountability, adoption, and value realization across the initiative portfolio. This is not a traditional project manager role. It requires a business transformation lens from someone who can coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive organizational change, remove execution barriers, measure business outcomes, and help convert strategic initiatives into measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional needs & activities for Project Forge Revenue Synergies for the Juniper/Aruba Networking Business. Drives $200M+ in Revenue between FY'27 to FY'28 and longer over the business duration for sales transformation in Services (Client Management) Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs comprised of multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. • Define program and project scope, strategy, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with executives and business sponsors. • Build and maintain program roadmaps and plans, identifying milestones, critical paths, interdependencies, and resource requirements. • Drive governance across programs, establishing frameworks, metrics, and processes to monitor performance and ensure accountability. • Proactively manage program risks and opportunities, leveraging analytical insights to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve challenges. • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress, strategic alignment, and the elimination of bottlenecks. • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication,
