Job Description: The Supply Chain & Analytics Intern role supports global supply chain operations by managing order backlog-related activities, performing data analysis, developing reports and dashboards, supporting process automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and customer experience. This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations, analytics, and digital transformation.   This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.   What You Will Do: • Support order backlog management activities for regional and global business units. • Monitor order fulfillment processes and provide visibility into order progression from order validation through shipment. • Analyze orders in the backlog, inventory, supply and demand data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities. • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using enterprise systems and analytical tools. • Support proactive and reactive backlog management to help maximize customer satisfaction and business performance. • Assist in identifying and removing order blockers to support on-time customer deliveries. • Contribute to the digitalization and automation of reporting and operational processes. • Assist in developing new reporting tools, dashboards, and applications that improve process efficiency and service quality • Search, collect, validate, and evaluate information from multiple sources to support business decisions. • Work closely with technical teams to implement innovative digital solutions and process improvements using AI.   What You Will Need: • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field • Part-time basis, Minimum of 20 hours per week • Should be in the final years of study • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to analyze data sets and translate findings into actionable insights • Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual and cross-cultural team environment • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership   What We Would Love To See: • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Curiosity and a desire to improve processes • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Interest in emerging technologies, AI, automation and digital transformation • Experience leading university, community, or extracurricular initiatives is an
